      FAQ'S

Some employers require their employees to be qualified due to insurance and licensing reasons. Additionally, a qualification gives employers confidence that you have the skills needed to do the job.

A Diploma is a higher level of vocational education, providing more in-depth assessment. Depending on the industry you work in, a Certificate IV may be required before you can complete a Diploma.

Work experience gives you industry knowledge and allows you to develop practical skills. A formal qualification can fine tune your skills, boost your knowledge and increase your credibility. Both are highly valuable in the workforce, however a qualification can expand your eligibility for job openings.

This greatly depends on the industry you work in, the level you’re currently at and where you want to progress to. We recommend researching what’s required in the job you’re hoping to secure, or getting in touch with our team to discuss your career goals.
