- The applicant must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident. Alternatively, the applicant must be eligible for a full-time working visa.
- The applicant must also have a minimum of two years’ work experience as a plumber.
- The applicant must possess a Certificate III in Plumbing or be permitted to perform plumbing work by an Australian licencing or regulatory organisation.
