Set 1
- CPC50210 Diploma of Building Construction or equivalent.
- 7+ years of building and/or supervision experience.
- Submission of Form 05 for Building Practitioners Set 1 initial application.
Set 2
- Registration under Architects Act 2004 or membership of the Royal Australian Institute of Architects Level 1 or 2, Institute of Engineers Australia, or Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
- 5+ years of building construction supervisory experience.
- Submission of Form 06 for Building Practitioner Set 2 Initial Application.
Set 3
- Membership with the Australian Institute of Building (Member / Fellow).
- 5+ years of building, supervision, or construction management experience.
- Submission of Form 07 for Building Practitioner Set 3 Initial Application.
Set 4
- 5+ years of experience in managing or supervising building construction.
- Experience sufficient to equate the skills and knowledge of a CPC50210 Diploma of Building Construction holder.
- Submission of Form 08 for Building Practitioner Set 4 Initial Application.
Set 5
- 7+ years of building experience outside the jurisdiction of the Board in carrying out building work.
