The Graduate Certificate in Career Development Practice is aimed at providing a qualification for career development practitioners. Individuals make high level, complex and independent judgments and provide guidance on career development. At this level, a career development practitioner is fully accountable and responsible for all aspects of their own output. They may work for large service organisations, or independently.
You will need to provide a range of evidence to assist your assessor to make a decision about your competence. The types of evidence you may be asked to provide can include:
