      FAQ

Yes. RPL is a legitimate assessment pathway within Australia’s vocational education and training system. When your competency is assessed by an authorised RTO and found to meet the qualification requirements, the qualification issued is nationally recognised.

You can complete much of the RPL process remotely, including the skills check, evidence submission, and communication with your consultant. Because RPL is based on your existing experience, it does not follow the same structure as a traditional online course.

Certificate III in Business is broader and can support a wider range of general business, operational, and support roles. Business Administration qualifications are usually more narrowly focused on office administration functions and administrative systems.

This qualification can support roles in administration, customer service, office support, reception, operations support, scheduling, records management, and other entry-to-mid-level business environments.

After completing a Cert 3 in Business, many learners move into Certificate IV or Diploma-level qualifications in business, leadership and management, project support, human resources, or marketing.

A Certificate III generally reflects foundation-level business skills and day-to-day operational support, while a Certificate IV usually involves more independent responsibility, problem-solving, leadership, and coordination tasks.
